As a young man growing up I always wondered what it would be like to work for myself and be my own boss. Growing up I saw my parents come home from work miserable, tired and always complaining about their "job". I would hear this for 18 years and swore to myself I would never let this be me.

I have been happily involved in Network Marketing for over 12 years. In this time I have researched thousands of companies, thousands of marketing tools, and educated myself in this field. I was like every other Network Marketer, lost, confused and was abandoned time and time again by my sponsors. I needed to find a coach that could teach me how to build a successful MLM business and plan.

Finally after 12 years I have met people that have been great mentors too me. Whether in previous companies or trainings I still talk to these mentors on a daily basis.

Today I am still very active in learning new material to help educate my great team and to keep my mind learning new things. Never be satisfied on what you learn. If you are satisfied then you have not learned a whole lot.

Today Network Marketing is combined with high tech and personal relationships. Give your team everything you would want to receive from your mentor. Coach your team and teach them everything you know. This is a team effort and building relationships.

Never give up on your dreams and do not let anyone tell you, you can’t achieve something. The one’s who question you or doubt you are the one’s who have given up on themselves.
